Modern meeting rooms, the comfortable furnishings of our 35 hotel rooms, our excellent cuisine, the surrounding countryside and the family atmosphere of our hotel provide the ideal setting for successful meetings and seminars of any size. In all rooms and meeting rooms you have access to free WiFi service.
All meeting rooms have daylight, can also be darkened as needed.
Our guest rooms are also available for your group work.

Our conference hotel is ideally connected to the A3, A6 and A9 freeways.
For 10-30 people - 75 sqm
The completely newly built and modernly equipped seminar room provides a relaxed conference atmosphere due to its comfortable seating, its technical equipment and the quiet and idyllic location with a view of the Pfarrgässchen (only open to pedestrians).
A cooled air-conditioned ceiling, W-Lan and a room control system by means of which the complete media technology can be controlled contribute to a high level of conference comfort. (Blackout | Lighting | Projector | Loudspeaker | Heating | Air conditioning)
In summer, the idyllic Pfarrgässchen can be used for group work or the break.

Mein Name ist Anthea Graf und ich bin zertifizierte Yin Yoga Lehrerin.
Unser (Arbeits-)Alltag ist in dieser sehr schnelllebigen Zeit oftmals von Hektik und Stress geprägt. Termine und Verpflichtungen bestimmen unsere Gedanken und rhythmisieren unseren Tagesablauf. Ein Ausbrechen aus diesen Kreisläufen fällt uns oftmals schwer, was zu Stress und daraufhin zu körperlichen Reaktionen führen kann. Das sich Hektik und Stress in unseren Alltag drängt ist manchmal einfach unumgänglich. Doch viel wichtiger dabei ist es einen Raum zu schaffen, in dem dieses Gefühl auch wieder gehen kann.
Yin Yoga, als sehr ruhiger, aber nicht gänzlich passiver Yoga Stil, bietet die Möglichkeit Balance zu schaffen, wo Ungleichgewicht herrscht und körperliche Entspannung zu erreichen, wo Anspannung unseren Körper und seine Funktionen blockiert.
Yin Yoga hilft also das Gleichgewicht aus Aktivität und Passivität wieder herzustellen und trägt zu einem gesteigerten körperlichen und mentalen Wohlbefinden bei.
